Refund policy
At Fortucharm, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. We are dedicated to serving you better and truly value your feedback. We accept returns, credits, or refunds only under the following conditions:
- The item must remain in its original condition, as it was when shipped.
- You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 48 hours of receiving it.
- The returned item must be received by us within 20 days of delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any related fees. We recommend carefully packaging the item and purchasing insurance as a precautionary measure.
- If the returned item does not meet the return policy, the item will be sent back to you.
Refund Process
Please email us at service.fortucharm@gmail.com before returning any items. Once your return is approved, we will organize the return (please note: if the item is defective, Fortucharm will cover the return shipping cost). After we receive the item, you will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on the item price.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- All international customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- Customized items are non-returnable, unless the item itself is defective.
- Return shipping costs may be higher than the original shipping cost, and no original shipping fees will be refunded.

We do not replace or compensate for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during your care.
